Summary
On the intelligent coating production line for structural components, the pretreatment process is the "key threshold" that determines coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. For a long time, the concentration detection of bath solution has mainly relied on manual timed sampling, manual titration and cleaning in the laboratory, which has three unavoidable difficulties: serious lag, discrete data, poor guidance, and high labor cost with heavy labor intensity.
After three months of repeated tests, the workshop R&D team sorted out three core R&D objectives: First, zero detection lag, realizing real-time collection and analysis of bath solution concentration with data delay not exceeding 1 minute; Second, zero data error, solving detection deviations caused by incomplete manual cleaning with data accuracy rate reaching over 99.5%; Third, unmanned operation, realizing 24-hour uninterrupted automatic detection and cleaning. The device detection accuracy rate reaches 99.8%.
