Summary

The SCQ200/200 inclined construction hoist independently developed, trial-manufactured and produced by JINNTA has been deployed for the first time and officially put into service for the Shenmu-Shenwa Railway Bridge Project. It has successfully passed the rigorous test of ultra-long-distance anchorage for the project bridges, delivering a safer and more efficient transportation solution for projects under special and complex working conditions such as railway bridges, water conservancy revetments and mountain infrastructure.
Targeting common technical difficulties in the industry and actual on-site operation demands, the JINNTA R&D team carried out optimization and innovation from four core dimensions: mechanical structure, material selection, control system and power supply scheme.

The entire Shenmu-Shenwa Railway runs through mountainous terrain, featuring numerous inclined concrete high piers along the line, multiple construction slope transition points and climbing formwork, together with extensive requirements for ultra-long-distance anchorage installation. The project imposes stringent requirements on the special equipment’s inclination adaptability, anchorage structural bearing capacity and continuous stable operation performance. The company dispatched a full-time technical service team to the site to optimize the multi-point mechanical connection and fixing scheme, successfully completing the construction task of over-limit anchorage installation.
