A Welding Method for the Main Limb Connection Lug Sleeve Group of Tower Crane Mast Sections
This method integrates a seven-step process from positioning welding to arc closing. Addressing issues such as open cracks, flow, lack of fusion, and poor formation that often occur when traditional welding processes are applied in automated production lines, it prevents the flow of deposited metal through sealing welding; increases weld fusion through staggered arc start and closing; and ensures the weld closing area is free of defects with a smooth appearance using a two-step arc closing method.
An Automatic Welding Technology for Intelligent Construction Hoist Standard Sections
This project achieves the transition from manual welding to intelligent welding for products through the automatic assembly and welding technology of intelligent construction hoist standard sections. It effectively resolves issues such as the need for manual flipping and single-point operation in traditional welding, which lead to low efficiency. This achievement has been granted a national invention patent and won the second prize in the 2025 Provincial "Five Small" Innovations Competition.
