Observation activities for JINNTA's intelligent equipment have been carried out at multiple construction projects in Taiyuan. New products such as JINNTA's intelligent construction hoists and construction robots have attracted many people to attend and observe up close.
At the Jinxiu Fendong project site, JINNTA's intelligent construction hoists has become the focus. No full-time driver is required, and AI real-time monitoring provides whole-process protection. The remote monitoring and fault early warning system realizes real-time tracking of equipment status and energy consumption control, saving more than 100,000 RMB in comprehensive annual cost per unit.
At the construction project of the South Campus of Shanxi Normal University, the integrated spraying, scraping and polishing robot accurately locates the operation area by virtue of visual navigation technology. The construction operation produces almost no dust, and the construction efficiency is more than 5 times that of manual roller coating and polishing, with an attitude error of ±1° and a positioning accuracy of ±5 cm.
Moving to the Dadi Holdings Science and Technology Industrial Park project, the surveying robot can complete all measurement items with one scan, finish more than 300 m² of actual measurement work within 1 hour, and the scanner accuracy reaches ±1 mm. The measurement can be completed by one person, saving about 50% of the comprehensive cost compared with traditional construction.
